"Setting the motto 'Good materials, good forging and heat treatment, good grinding', this factory was founded after the war by the first Mr. Yuu. From there, the history of our company, Takamura Cutting Knife Co., Ltd., began. At that time, vegetable knives and agricultural knives were the main products, but over time, the production of household knives and professional knives became the focus. We started producing high-grade powder steel knives such as high-grade alloy powder steel and high-grade stainless steel before anyone else, and we produced the entire process to create uniquely good knives.

It has been more than 65 years since we began researching and developing stainless steel knives, which were rare at the time. Since then, we have introduced many unprecedented stainless steel knives with high hardness and long-lasting cutting edges. Recently, we have focused more and more on the production of professional knives, specifically for professionals. These knives have been created based on valuable opinions from professional chefs and have been sold in more than 20 countries around the world, including Germany, Sweden, Australia, and are used by famous chefs all over the world. So far, we have not done much advertising, but the reputation of the sharp blade has spread quickly, and many customers have purchased our knives on demand.

Finally, the three elements mentioned at the beginning of the text. Without them, good knives can never be made. We work hard without relying solely on machines, and we devote ourselves to the hidden corners that cannot be seen by customers.
